Ball Park is expanding its horizons in to jerky. Yes, the famous hot dog brand is branching out. Well, we may be a little late to the news here, people. We stumbled across the new jerky when we browsed out to Ball Park’s site looking for something else. We hadn’t heard about it yet. Herman did some checking, and discovered that the jerky was introduced last September. Nobody ever accused us of being ahead of the curve, people! Either way, it is new to us. So it probably will be new to others. And the package still says ‘new,’ so…

Burger King’s attempt to revolutionize fast food hots dogs is here! Yes, today marks the introduction of Grilled Dogs at BK. If you read our preview, you know some of the backstory on the concept. Burger King has been hyping up the introduction of its Grilled Dogs pretty heavily. The main thing Burger King is after can be summarized nicely by the heading of its press release: “Burger King restaurants to become largest restaurant chain in U.S. to serve flame-grilled hot dogs.” There you have it. Burger King is offering two dogs. The Classic Grilled Dog comes with ketchup, mustard,…

Burger King has had some interesting menu items lately. First we have Chicken Fries. Then we have Chicken Burgers. Now, BK is introducing Grilled Dogs! Yes, hot dogs at BK! Isn’t this place called Burger King??? It seems that Burger King wants to do something to set itself apart from the competition. Indeed, according to the press release, Burger King “…will serve hot dogs in more restaurants than any other restaurant chain in the U.S.” Interesting concept, anyway. Burger King is going to have two types of dogs offered. The Classic Grilled Dog with ketchup, mustard, onions, and relish. The…

It’s that time of year again where every food place has a fish sandwich. Some are here for only a limited time. Others are permanent menu items, but are being featured. Whatever your reasons for partaking, now is a good time for some fish. We love fish. So, we are pretty happy with fish being everywhere. We came across Freddy’s Fish & Chips Basket, and our next review was born. Freddy’s full name is Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers. It was born in our hometown of Wichita, KS. It is a pretty new place; it opened up in 2002. Freddy’s…

It’s on, people. It appears there is a little war going on in fast food land. Three major fast food chains are all offering a meal for 4 bucks. Times are tough. Nobody has any money. We certainly don’t. So, it stands to reason that in an age where people are counting pennies (and in some cases, saving pennies from the couch in order to buy a fast food meal!), the fast food joints would try to attract the money-conscious consumer. Besides, fast food prices are getting insane. Wendy’s is probably the worst offender, in our opinion. Wendy’s combo meals…

If you watched The Big Game on Sunday, then chances are you watched the commercials. After all, for many years the commercials have been a major part of the show. If you saw the commercials, then you saw the ad for Taco Bell’s new Quesalupa. It seemed like the Quesalupa was one of the few new national food items advertised. Taco Bell paid a lot of money to introduce this thing during the game. So naturally, we had to try it to give our readers the truth. We are journalists, after all. What the hell is a Quesalupa? Very good…

Hi, Snobs. Denny here. I am introducing a new feature on our site. This feature is called “Rant.” In our rants, we will be talking about stuff that pisses us off. Pretty straightforward! Expect our “Rants” to be a little more “hard hitting” as compared to our reviews and other features. This is where it gets real, people. So if a little language scares you off, you might want to leave now! And now we will move on to the first Fewd Snobs rant. McDonald’s “All Day Breakfast.” The Only One wanted an Egg McMuffin last night for an evening…
